Invitation Suite: Up to 100 digitally printed sets on luxurious cotton paper (invitation, mailing envelope, reply card or QR card, rsvp envelope, and detail card), 



Day of Stationery: 1 Seating Chart up to 24 x 36 in size, and Menu Card with Guest Names (up to 150 quantity)



Our design fee is separate and reflects the time and expertise required to create a wedding stationery tailored to your style and vision.

A Look Into Our Process

After reaching out via our contact form, we’ll send an in-depth questionnaire and schedule an in-person consultation. From there, we’ll discuss your specific needs, style preferences, and budget. This vital step ensures our services are tailored to your individual requirements.

If we determine we are a good fit, we will schedule a proposal meeting to walk you through your custom proposal and answer any questions you may have. 

Consultation

This is where the fun begins. We’ll create multiple initial concepts for you to choose from, taking into account everything you’ve shared. During this step, your input is essential as we refine and revise the design until it perfectly aligns with your expectations.

Once the final design is approved, our expert team will handle all printing and assembly. Depending on the complexity of your suite, production can range from 3 to 6 weeks.

We are located in downtown Windsor, Ontario. Please note that we are unable to accommodate drop-ins. However, you are welcome to schedule an in-person appointment with us by clicking here.

We do provide day-of stationery for clients who have worked with us on their wedding invitations. Please note that we do not offer day-of stationery items, such as seating charts, or welcome signs if your invitations were designed and printed elsewhere.

The ideal timeframe to send your save-the-date cards is between 9 and 12 months before the wedding. However, it's even better to send them a year in advance to anticipate busy schedules and those travelling from afar who may need additional time to make arrangements and save.

For your wedding invitations, it's recommended to send them out 6-8 weeks before the wedding day. Set the RSVP date for 4-5 weeks prior to the wedding.

If your wedding falls on a holiday weekend, is a destination wedding, or if a significant number of your guests are from out of town, it's advisable to send the invitations out 12-16 weeks in advance. This allows guests ample time to make travel arrangements.

We understand that you have a busy schedule and may not have time for DIY. As part of our services, we offer full assembly of your invitations. If you prefer, we also provide the option to have your invitations and enclosure cards stuffed in envelopes, with an additional charge.
